Important Notice
Withdrawing consent may have the following consequences:
- We will be unable to fetch your updated CIBIL score.
- You will no longer receive personalized loan offers.
- Your ongoing loan applications (if any) might be affected or paused.
- Your account may be deactivated or deleted.
3How to Withdraw Consent
You can withdraw your consent through any of the following methods:
1. Email Request
Send an email to hey@hellocredit.in with the subject line "Withdraw Consent". Please include your registered mobile number.
2. Dashboard Settings
Log in to your dashboard, navigate to Profile Settings > Privacy, and select "Delete Account" or "Revoke Permissions".
4Processing Time
Your request will be processed within 7-10 working days. You may receive a final confirmation email or SMS once the process is complete.
5Exceptions
Please note that we may retain certain data if required by law (e.g., for tax, audit, or regulatory compliance) even after you withdraw consent.
