Transparent and Fair Refund Guidelines
1General Policy
At Hello Credit (AMR Finance Private Limited), we strive to provide the best possible service to our customers. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be granted for our paid services.
2Non-Refundable Services
The following services are generally non-refundable:
- Credit Report Generation Fees: Once a credit report has been successfully fetched and displayed/emailed to the user, the fee is non-refundable.
- Consultation Fees: Fees paid for expert consultation are non-refundable once the consultation session has been scheduled or completed.
- Subscription Plans: Fees for monthly or annual subscriptions are non-refundable for the current billing cycle.
3Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered under the following exceptional circumstances:
- Technical Failure: If a payment was deducted but the service (e.g., credit report) was not delivered due to a technical error on our end.
- Duplicate Payment: If you were charged twice for the same transaction.
- Service Unavailable: If we are unable to fulfill a service you have paid for within a reasonable timeframe (7 working days).
4Refund Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact our support team at hey@hellocredit.in within 7 days of the transaction.
- Provide your Transaction ID, Registered Mobile Number, and a brief explanation of the issue.
- Our team will verify the claim within 3-5 working days.
If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 working days, depending on your bank's processing time.
5Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription or scheduled consultation at any time. However, cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund for payments already made, except as provided in this policy.
